Yoga



Yoga can be used as an exercise method to strengthen and stretch your body. It can be taken a step further and release the body through the asanas (poses), in order to free the mind through meditation, helping you to find a calmer more relaxed state of mind.



Pilates



The Pilates Method was developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. It has a strong emphasis on your core. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, helps flexibility and balance, and creates a more streamlined shape. You can take a Mat class, or book a private session on the Pilates machines, (Cadillac, reformer, chair, and barrel.)



Barre



This class is designed to give your muscles an intense workout, while remaining low impact. It combines bodyweight strengthening exercises, with some yoga and Pilates and use of light weights. The class works your muscles to the point of fatigue, followed by a series of stretches, to strengthen and reshape the body, giving you strong, long, lean muscles, and the body of a dancer.



Cranial Sacral Therapy



A gentle hands-on therapy that aims to release tension stored deep in the body, relieve pain and improve function and healing. Somatic Emotional Release is a branch of CST that specifically targets releasing traumas that are stored in the body, aiding the body in its natural healing ability.



Reiki



An ancient energy therapy that channels the Universal Life Force Energy to promote balance and healing
